We use Google Analytics 4 event-based measurement to understand which provider cards get engagement. Example events:
tel_link_click – user taps a provider phone linkwebsite_click – user taps a provider websitegoogle_business_click – user taps a provider’s Google Business linkTo attribute clicks without collecting personal data, we attach parameters such as provider (business name) and city (city/state shown on the card). GA4 may generate device/session metadata for measurement. We do not sell data or build personal profiles; we rely on aggregated reports only.
Data is stored on reputable cloud platforms (Firebase, Google Sheets, GA4) with restricted access. We do not sell personal data. We share with service providers that help us operate the platform under appropriate agreements.
Job records are retained as reasonably necessary. GA4 retention follows our GA4 settings. Precise GPS is transient for the active job; city/state summaries may be retained for analytics.
We may update this notice and will post the new date at the top.

FRAQ Network is a digital platform designed to help users discover providers, communicate, share service request details, view provider listings, use app content features, and access GPS/navigation tools. FRAQ does not guarantee that any provider is available, qualified for a specific job, properly licensed, properly insured, or able to complete a requested service.
Providers listed or contacted through the app are independent businesses. FRAQ does not control provider pricing, estimates, arrival times, workmanship, tools, safety practices, warranties, refunds, or final service outcomes. Users are responsible for reviewing providers, confirming pricing, and deciding whether to hire or work with any provider.
GPS/navigation, route previews, map information, saved places, trip summaries, and recaps are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Routes, road conditions, restrictions, traffic, closures, and location data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Drivers must always follow posted road signs, laws, commercial vehicle restrictions, law enforcement instructions, and real-world conditions. FRAQ is not responsible for tickets, accidents, cargo issues, road restriction violations, missed turns, delays, route choices, or unsafe driving decisions.
When enabled by the user, background navigation or trip-related features may use device location while the app is in the background. This is used to support navigation, trip tracking, route progress, and related app features. Users can limit or disable location permission in device settings, but some features may not work correctly without location access.
Paid GPS access may be required for certain navigation features. Plan details, access rules, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and availability may vary. Paid access may rely on third-party services for checkout, payment handling, subscription status, or access management.
Users may post, upload, comment, like, send, or share content through profile photos, provider listings, FRAQ Feed posts, videos, comments, messages, service requests, saved places, and trip recaps. Users are responsible for the content they upload or share. FRAQ may moderate, remove, restrict, or review content to protect the app and users.
FRAQ Network is not an emergency response service. Do not rely on the app for emergencies, life-safety events, medical emergencies, police matters, fires, crashes, hazardous situations, or urgent roadside situations requiring immediate emergency response. Call emergency services when appropriate.
Content inside the app, including posts, comments, provider information, route information, trip summaries, messages, or listings, is provided for general informational and operational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, insurance, safety, mechanical, tax, or professional advice.
The app may use third-party services to support accounts, hosting, storage, payments, analytics, maps, routing, notifications, media, security, communications, and other operations. FRAQ does not control every action, availability, or policy of third-party services.
