  • Used for: operations, quality assurance, support, disputes, fraud prevention, and records. Precise GPS may be reduced to city/state for analytics where appropriate.

2) Google Analytics 4 and Website Measurement

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 website only to understand website traffic, page performance, provider card engagement, and directory usage. Example website events may include:

  • tel_link_click – user taps a provider phone link
  • website_click – user taps a provider website
  • google_business_click – user taps a provider’s Google Business link
  • directory_search or similar events used to understand website directory engagement

To measure provider engagement, we may attach limited event parameters such as provider business name, service category, city/state, button type, or page path. We try not to send names, emails, phone numbers, full payment information, or other direct personal identifiers to Google Analytics.

FRAQ does not sell personal information for money and does not operate as a data broker. Some privacy laws use broad definitions of “sale” or “sharing.” We use third-party services such as Google Analytics to operate and measure the website, and those services may process data under their own terms, settings, and privacy controls.

3) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to support hosting, analytics, forms, maps, security, payments, communications, media, and website operations. These providers may process limited technical, usage, transaction, or operational information needed to provide their services.

We do not authorize third-party services to use FRAQ website data for unrelated selling of personal information by FRAQ. However, third-party services may have their own privacy terms, controls, and data-processing practices.

4) Legal Bases, Consent & Opt-Out

  • We collect what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and directory.
  • Precise GPS is collected only with explicit, voluntary sharing by Drivers during an active job or feature that requires it.
  • Request access or deletion at roadrescue@fraqsolutions.com.
